Programme for the CNSA (French national solidarity fund for autonomy): a processing chain for health data submitted by the MDPH (departmental disability offices), made of three complementary building blocks - data reception and protection (BRPD), analytics platform feeding (LCD) and orientation monitoring (SDO). Specification writing on BRPD and SDO, qualification and production monitoring on LCD.
- Write detailed functional specifications for several domains of the chain: authentication, upload, reception, pseudonymisation, purge and monitoring
- Model use cases, processing flows and business rules based on workshops with the business analysis team, architects and the security expert
- Specify data mapping and interface contracts (fragmented upload through a SOAP web service; flow, file and fragment tracking)
- Bridge business and development teams and track deliveries across several release batches, with hands-on support (SQL, acceptance testing)
- Qualify the move-to-cloud developments: write qualification strategies, build test data sets and write acceptance reports
- Check non-regression by comparing data before and after migration (SQL extraction queries, per-batch difference lists) and identify discrepancies
- Monitor the weekly loading of MDPH files in production and produce the related reporting
- Qualify bug fixes and keep the anomaly log up to date until resolution
- Specify the calculation rules of the 7 priority indicators (orientation supply / demand) with their analysis dimensions and applicable filters
- Define the business rules and source data feeding each indicator
- Design the mock-ups of the reporting dashboards (demand analysis, supply analysis)
- Incorporate feedback from business workshops and evolve the specifications across release batches
